Exercises That Can Ease Labor

I am 30weeks pregnant right now, another 10weeks to go. What I need to do now is some exercises which can ease the labor.

Many people ask me to go for morning walk or window shopping.

Here are some exercises that can ease your labor:

1. Kegel exercises

2. Pelvic tilt or angry cat

3. Squat
4. Tailor or Cobbler Pose
